What we can help with
Scaling a specific item up or down, substituting an ingredient you cannot buy locally, adapting a method for an induction hob or a convection oven, and correcting anything that reads wrong in either language.
What we cannot do: diagnose a food intolerance, advise on a medical diet, or tell you whether something is safe for a specific person. Those questions need a professional who knows your situation.
